Who We Are

The Arkansas Crisis Center, based in Northwest Arkansas, provides suicide prevention services and education to the state and offers the only suicide prevention hotline/chat line in Arkansas. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Mission

We restore hope, empower people and save lives through suicide awareness and crisis intervention services for those experiencing crisis in Arkansas.

Vision

The ACC will be the recognized leader in suicide awareness and crisis intervention services throughout Arkansas.

Service Area

We serve all 75 counties in Arkansas.

Currently, our hours of operation are from 8 am to 11 pm. If you need assistance during hours when we are not available, or if for any reason you are unable to connect with us, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 (TALK).

If you are in immediate danger, please dial 9-1-1. 

**Please note that when we are unavailable, you will receive a voice message asking you to call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 (TALK), where your call will be routed to the next available crisis center.
