LivingWorks ASIST is a two-day face-to-face workshop with powerful audiovisuals, discussions, and simulations so a participant is more willing, confident, and capable of providing suicide first aid.

Participants are required to attend the full 16-hour workshop (8 hours per day) to receive certification of having completed the training.
