“No Gala” Gala

September 10, 2020

(National Suicide Awareness Day)

The Arkansas Crisis Center cordially invites you to participate in our “No Gala” Gala.  This exciting event requires you to kick back, relax and enjoy an evening in with your family.  Enjoy the company of those you love most instead of feeling obligated to attend an event. Please join us in making this an event to remember by supporting suicide prevention and awareness.  Your tax-deductible donations may be made online at arcrisis.org through PayPal or by mail to:

Arkansas Crisis Center,
614 E Emma Ave, Ste 213
Springdale, AR  72764

Since the beginning of COVID-19, calls to the Arkansas Crisis Center have increased 151% over last year and local contributions have decreased to nearly zero.  Isolation, fear, loss of contact with family and friends, constant news feeds, health issues, increasing COVID numbers and death reports have all taken a toll on individual’s mental health during the pandemic.  Would you help us help them?

2018 statistics indicate 547 people died by suicide in Arkansas making it the leading cause of violent death that year. 2020 has been a difficult year for all of us; even more so for those currently in crisis.

Our vision is zero suicides in Arkansas by 2025. Won’t you partner with us to make that vision a reality? Please send your donation today!

$1,000 x 10 donors  = Critical lifeline updates to serve increased callers
$500 x 15 donors  = Ability to maintain office space
$100 x 20 donors  = Crisis Call Specialists hours added
$50 x 10 donors  = Office supplies, masks, sanitizing products for staff

Make a Donation

In order for the Arkansas Crisis Center to fulfill its mission and vision, we rely on donations from passionate supporters and fundraising events. Those who partner with us in financial contributions and supporting fundraisers allow us to continue providing compassionate care and support to thousands of Arkansans every year.

The best way to help our cause in Arkansas is by partnering with us in regular, tax-deductible donations. These can be made monthly, bi-monthly, bi-annually, or annually. These regular donations allow our organization to flourish and grow so that we can increase our reach, services, and the number of Arkansans helped.

You also support us by participating in our various fundraising events throughout the year! Keep in touch with us through the “News & Events” page or social media to stay in the loop on our events and fundraisers.
