Our Team

Our core staff are passionate and dedicated to suicide prevention and crisis intervention. Many of our staff started at the Arkansas Crisis Center as volunteers! We feel that once you start at the ACC, the honor of serving others and helping them through difficult times becomes a part of your heart, making it almost impossible to walk away.

Luke See - Executive Director

I’m honored to serve as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Crisis Center, joining the team in 2024. With over 12 years of nonprofit development experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Boys and Girls Club of Benton County, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. My passion for serving others and driving positive change aligns seamlessly with the mission of the Arkansas Crisis Center.

Having joined this role with a background in nonprofit development, I’m dedicated to enhancing our services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Board Members

The Arkansas Crisis Center Board of Directors is comprised of community leaders, key stakeholders, and concerned citizens focused on preventing suicide and helping Arkansans in crisis. Furthermore, our Board is diverse and representative of the people we serve. With their guidance and support, the operations of the Arkansas Crisis Center have been sustained for 40 years and will continue forward with our mission of restoring hope, empowering people, and saving lives. We are always looking to expand our Board, both through membership and through our advisory committees.
